The Green Child, Ronda
Tell My Heart

<< -- >>

Somebody out to tell my heart not to break
Tell my heart that it can not cry.
That it can not weep
From my eyes not tears can seep
Tell my heart not to break

In the middle of the night
When I’ve turned out the lights
And there’s plenty of time to think
My eyes begin to blink
All because I want to cry
Then I begin to wonder why
Why no tears come from my eyes
Tell me why?

The pain is killing me
The pain is killing me
The pain I can see
The pain is all I can see

Somebody gotta please tell my heart
