Where Did Love Go?

Where did the love go?
Did I go away to stay?
Never to come my way.
Left with a broken heart.
Trying for a new start.

Has love gone and left me,
Here all alone?
Where did it go?
Has it found a new home?
Got me down here,
Crying my eyes out.
I’m all confused
And full of doubt.

What is love anyway?
Can it make for a brighter day?
What is love doing to me?
What is love gonna be?

Where did love go?
